Poor running and performance

   I have a 1995 (N) 328I Coupe E36. It has a running problem.It hunts, but the rev counter doesn't hunt with it.I replaced 1. Coil Packs.2. Throttle switch.3. Spark plugs.4. Had the ijectors serviced and cleaned.5. Fuel rail and fuel pressue regulator.6. Idle valve cleaned.7. Air flow metre is showing no codes.8. The oxygen sensors are not activating until 75-80 degrees?
I believe that this problem will also affect the performance problems?
PLEASE please  HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!
