   I'm thinking about using this, but I dont know what's been used before, and because I I only have pa rt s/h and the car's at 150k would it be worth it, or just use a good semi.

	Best to use a good semi synthetic, it helps keeps the hydraulic tappets on the m50 engines quiet, once they start ticking it will drive you nuts.
