Nah, Cybermen naff, mind you a lot of the monsters were. I always remember Louise Jameson as the female Tarzan type coming up as he struggled to find a complicated solution to "the Swarm" saying "Dr DR I've found the answer" and when he looked up "Stab them in the neck", it was hilarious.

When I was very young those Cybermen terrified me...I now realise of course that they were just programme extras dressed up in silver lycra with hairdryers stuck on their heads, but when you are 9yrs old...they were SCARY!!!!

Not trying to rebel against anything, just puzzled at the hostility on htese threads, wouldn't you want to know why if they said you couldn't mention horses on site as they're not cars?

Don't forget the frilly knickers, horns, whips, body protection stuff....

But I agree with you Ian, it does seem strange that the goalposts have changed places on this, but as I said above, I am just a very small voice in a huge site.

If you do I want some!

This isn't "When Harry Met Sally"

I prefer the one in Cocoon where alien woman (Ali Mcgraw?) eats seafood and fires energy balls around the restaurant!

I could definately do with an 'energy ball' or too right now...

Not rebellion at all Ivan, just an offer to take some of the workload off the moddygyrators in respect to reading through the longer threads on this section. Reporting back to them and they doing the red pen bit will remain as it is now.
