E34 Spring ratings

   I have an E34 520i SE Touring. I lug quite a bit of stuff around and would like to know what the standard spring ratings are for both front and rear. My plan is to uprate the rears to cope with the weight, when on board, and lower the front end by about 60mm as they are very high at the front.

How would a set of second hand sport springs fair or is it best to get a new set.
