BMW Power Festival at Rockingham

   BMW UK have announced that club members will get free tickets for the BMW Power Festival at Rockingham on the weekend of 21+22/5/05.

Saturday will be for setting up and qualifying, with Sunday the main race day. Club members will be made welcome on both days.

 Highlights of the festival will be 2 x BMW Kumho Championship races, 2 x Formula BMW races, 2 x Historic saloon car races (CSL's etc!) and a Group 4 race for sportscars fitted with BMW's F2 engine. Jorg Muller will demo the Le Mans winning BMW V12 LMR and Andy Priaulx will demonstrate the BMW Williams F1 car and his WTCC BMW 320i. There will also be demo runs of E30 M3 DTM cars, a 635 DTM car plus numerous traders, register displays, a club stand full of BMW goodies and M Power stuff ++++ much more. Ticket details will be in the next issue of Straight-6 and will be available from the club office. The ticket offer is strictly for club members only.
