Contact trading standards?  Surely you've got grounds. Its simple, prior to the incident your car was immaculate, you entrusted that dealership to restore it to its original condition. Quite clearly they haven't.
Get ready for the long haul - if your up to it!!
Its a shame thou! Dosen't fill you will confidence thou does it, if this is whats considered acceptable and up to "strandard"
