Could we not have a page purely for people wanting to buy or sell items or people who are searching for parts would save all the other pages getting full up with adverts or wanted notices.

The reason that we have no forum for sales adverts, is that there are already lots os pages with items for sale on the main website. If you want to sell or buy items, then go on the main site and click the forsale button. Shortly we shall have lots of brand new spares for sale on these pages at very cheap prices. The revenue from adverts and sales of spares is what pays for the web site and the forum. If people keep on putting adverts on the forum, we may have to start deleting them. Howard Walker |

Sounds fair enough. To encourage the use of the existing facility, can we add a prominent link to the current for sale pages on the forum? |

Sorry i didn't realise there was a section on the main page much better idea. Yeah the free advertising isn't really right when others pay to use the web site and reach a potential audience similar in size. |
