Yeah looked at that this morning.. looks okay tho I lack any decent place to stick bar the flat plastic panel between the hoops which isn't particuarly strong.. have gone for the Superclamp instead.

Picking up digi-cam.

Not even pushing it Steve.. looks like you'd get 60 in sub-6 on a good run. Mmmm.. nice!

Is that the sticky pod.. or a clamp mount.. very nice.

It even sounds fruitier than the std 3.0D... has that happened post re-map or has always sounded like that from new?

I'd best make sure the speedo isn't showing on my vid then Stephen, but maybe the rev counter..
Found it!  Also check out this website - I might order the Pro pack and see what its like - http://www.stickypod.com
Nice one Steve.

It could mean that at track days etc we could mount multiple cameras to the same car for editing.. allows multiple camera angles in real time.. maybe even split screen.. [idea]

What do you think Steve/Stephen?

I bought a bullet cam which connects to AV IN on my camcorder. It's mounted using velcro to the air intake on the bumper. I'll try a run tomorrow morning to see how it looks during daylight.

Timed it earlier in the day - 5.92 secs (to the nearest 1/100 of a second ) but could do better as my school reports used to say. It was cold, and the roads were slightly greasy, and I've got winter tyres on. I'll try it on a better day with my summer tyres and I'm hoping to get that figure down.

Clamp mount on the headrest.

Can't comment on the noise - don't notice any difference from normal? Sounds ok for a diesel, still no match for a fruiter straight 6 petrol

Could you have added a microphone to give it some sound? that would have given it a perfect 10

Neil brings up a good point.. we want as much sounds as poss to hear them lovely engines on the DVD.. I've know of DVD and game makers recording the sounds sepearetly and dubbing over but sounds like a bit of a palava.

Will see what results I get with camera and mount before investing in a £80 bullet cam.

Mike is supplied but I hadn't installed it. Will try more tests at the weekend. In the meantime, here's a daytime test: http://www.srgill.com/bulletcam2.wmv
