I recently replaced the fuel tank of my m6. BMW also
insisited on selling me a "carbon filter" this a black circular thing with an entry pipe and a exit pipe for the fuel. The problem is I can't for the life of me find out where to put it. Can anybody tell me where to stick this thing that cost 25quid. It was ordered off my chass number so it must go somewhere. Best regards JOE - 07768 067 476 Edited by 1985m635 |

Have a look at this on-line parts system which should help you find a diagram that shows what you are looking for. I had a look but did not have enough info about your car. http://rust.mine.nu/bmw/car select.do clever hyperlink does not like being copied - you will have to delete the gap between car and select.
