I have heard that the front wheel hubs for the E30 M3 are virtually the same as the ones from a 1988 535i (I am not sure E28 or E34) except for the ABS ring. Is that correct?

Has anyone fitted these and would you buy them from GS&F? (do you have the part number?)

The price from the dealers are Ł152 each which sounds very steep to me when it is on top of a full suspension upgrade I am currently in the process of doing.

Rob.

Have a look over at www.s14.net and do a search there about this . It seems to divide opinion.

I just tried searching s14.net and did not find anything. What should I be searching for as 'Front Wheel Hubs' returned null?

Try CAS auto supplies. They are selling SKF bearing kits.
Part code 7 316571 395449
If that NO isn't correct than try VKBA3529

The E28 wheel bearing will fit. You have to pull the ABS ring of your M3 bearing and press it on the E28 bearing.
Doesn't matter which E28 model you use.
The SKF kit wasn't much more money (in Germany when we went to the RING) compared to the E28 so I went for a M3 kit this time.

I have not heard of CAS auto supplies and cannot find it on google. Do they have a web address or am I barking up the wrong axle sprocket?

ABS ring.

I am afraid I have not heard of C3 either or can find it on the web.

Maybe we need a Forum page that lists all abbreviated Company Names with their addresses.
