I have a m635 that is causing me a lot of problem
when warm!
I start it cold on the button, then when I come to start
it again warm, there's a spark but it doesn't seem
want to fire at all. I have replaced the fuel pump +
replace the vacum hosing. ANY IDEAS ANYBODY??

Also does anybody know want the vacum unit by the
ecu does, it seems to suck air in the unit by the ECU,
then direct through a pipe (which I changed) into the
cold start valve, or just below.

Vacuum line is I believe for the economy meter fitted to some M635's.  Does yours have an economy meter?  Mine doesn't but has the line as you describe with a rubber sleeve on the end of it.

Hot starting problems are a mystery to me.  You say you have spark but will not fire.  Are the injectors opening.  This will be obvious when you crank as you will here the very loud clicking through the injector rail.  Confirm injectors are opening before going any further.

Bwaahahaha!  You are having a laugh aren't you?? M635?  Economy meter?  Bwaahahah.

That sounds like a new "as useless as a ..." simile, as in, "as useless as an ashtray on a motorbike"; "as useless as a chocolate teapot"; "as useless as udders on a bull" etc. :-  "As useless as an economy meter on an M635."  I can see it in everyday useage very soon.
